These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sway Integrations website, products, and services. Sway Integrations is a brand of Dunn Enterprises International LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Our Services
We provide independent software tools, custom integrations, and engineering services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts
Where our products require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following:

- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment Terms
Fees are as stated in your invoice or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Late amounts may be subject to a late fee to the extent permitted by law. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
The website, our brand, and our software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Where an engagement transfers ownership or grants a license in deliverables, those terms are set out in the applicable written agreement. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our software except as permitted by that agreement or by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe any right, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of our systems.
Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, messaging providers, and business software. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination
