Custom integrations and pragmatic engineering.
Most engagements start with a 20-minute conversation about a workflow problem. If we can ship something that solves it, we’ll scope it and tell you what it would cost. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
What we build
-
01 /
Webhook middleware
Two systems need to talk and don’t? We build the bridge. Examples we’ve shipped: payment-confirmed → job-status updates, gateway transactions → CRM record creation, invoice events → fulfillment automation. Hosted wherever you want (your servers, Vercel, Railway, etc).
-
02 /
Desktop sidecar apps
When the SaaS vendor won’t add the feature you need — or charges enterprise pricing for it — a small Windows or Mac app that runs alongside their software is often the cleanest answer. The ROW Signature Sidecar is the public example.
-
03 /
Data matching & migration
Moving from one platform to another, or reconciling records that should match but don’t. Fuzzy matching, deduplication, and clean export files that the receiving system will actually accept.
-
04 /
API research & technical due diligence
Considering a platform or integration but the documentation is thin? We’ll read the docs, test the API, and tell you what works, what doesn’t, and what the gotchas are — before you commit to building.
-
05 /
ISV partnership consulting
For software companies evaluating payment processor integrations, agentic commerce protocols, or vertical-market positioning. Strategic input from someone who’s worked both sides of the table.
How we typically work
No retainers, no monthly fees on dormant integrations. We scope each engagement as a fixed deliverable with a defined cost and timeline. Once it’s built and handed over, we stay available for changes — but you don’t pay until you need something.
