The ROW Payment Tool is not a payment processor, and it doesn’t want to be. It works alongside whatever terminal or processor you already use, and takes over the part RO Writer left behind: knowing which repair order got paid, how, when, and what’s still owed.

Nothing to install at the desk
The portal lives at pay.swayintegrations.com and works in any modern browser — front counter PC, office laptop, or phone. Accounts are provisioned per shop.
Real authentication
Sign-in is handled by Auth0 with industry-standard token-based sessions. Every request is verified server-side, and each shop only ever sees its own data.
Reads RO Writer, touches nothing
The desktop companion connects to the RO Writer database with a read-only account over ODBC. It detects open repair orders and computes balance due — it never writes to RO Writer.
Keep your terminal
Works alongside any payment processor or terminal. The tool records what happened; your processor keeps doing the processing. Switch processors later without losing your history.
